Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month
- these are 50% cheaper compared to what I can buy locally in the same quality
- durable, don't ware out fast
- Be careful when it rains. When my bike is standing outside in the rain, these braking pads will slip a little without having enough friction the fist 1-2 times I need to bake, which might be dangerous. After braking 1-2 times the full braking power returns. As this difference in braking power is about 50%, it can be dangerous if you know your braking distance and like to stop in the last few cm.
If you keep in mind the lower friction the first few times you brake (ex: by braking a few times when you start riding on a rainy day), these are good braking shoes.
