Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Small and cheap.

    Two batteries.

Fast GPS startup. Faster than my smartphone.

    Configuration via SMS

    Configuration via SMS

Have no idea how to connect it to PC (linux)

    Doesn't send altitude.

Not standard USB socket and charger.

In fact, I have not tested it with GPRS. Only SMS yet.

"Configuration via SMS" deliberately typed twice. On the one hand, if the device shove somewhere deep into the car (as an example), simply send an SMS than to climb to it with a cable. On the other hand, if the device in your pocket, it is easier to connect it to a computer for setup.

The contents of my package was exactly as listed. Including the (barely) readable CD and a pair of perfectly working batteries.

This is definitely not the original Xexun TK-102, but a clone.

Well. It's still cheap and it works.
