Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month
Well lots of pros for this one: -It's smaller than it looks so it doesn't take up a huge chunk of space -It's got a nice easy to read screen -It's simple to use - just plug in your storage device and it plays -Great price for a radio transmitter -Reads USB drives which is awesome because SD cards and other storage devices can be pricey, jump drives are multipurpose and affordable -it remembers what song you were playing when you last turned it off
-The screen only says what the frequency is, not what song is playing -It's quieter than the rest of your radio stations, so you have to turn it way up. This is true of most car transmitters I've experienced, though -If another station even for a brief moment tries to compete with the frequency you picked, it's going to stop your transmitter, meaning it goes from reasonably-volumed songs to HORRIBLY LOUD STATIC instantly if there's any interference of any kind -It remembers your song, but not where in the song you were -the remote is neat, but basically pointless -no shuffle
Overall, it's exactly what you can expect from its description and price. To expect it to do more would be unreasonable. If you just like to listen to your music in the car casually and aren't going to be super anal about the sound quality, this is the perfect little gadget.
