    Pros:

    very sharp... must stress that.. be careful.. its INCREDIBLY sharp.

    Will not brown lettuce and apples when cutting like metal knife will....
    shaves meat well....
    stays sharp!! Ive been using it for many months and its still sharp enough to shave paper thin tomatoes.

    Cons:

    the very tip is fragile and can break off very easily, just 2mm or so off the end like a chip... happened to all of mine.. would suck to get that in food so watch out!

    not good for things with bone etc in... or frozen stuff.. in case of fracturing... also be a little careful in the sink it will slice you open deep if you grab it wrong not thinking!

    A great knife i use it for vegetables all the time!
