It looks and works great. Of course it's a copy of a many times more expensive razer mouse but who cares. It's a bargain for the price! It works on many surfaces and doens't need some special gaming mouse pad. It's also very good looking.
It doesn't have a driver, it works with the windows driver of course but you can't configure the buttons. There are third party drivers but they cost about as much as the mouse itself. :) It's a bit small, if you have a large hand you might find it uncomfortable. The friction between the mouse and the surface is too high but I guess this problem will solve itself after using it for a while. The back/forwars buttons feels like they are in the wrong order. You can fix this by using some third party mouse driver but then the arrows on the buttons will point in the wrong directions (not a big deal).
