Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month
Pros:
Big tube of thermal "glue". Works well enough to attach LEDs to heatsinks. I've used it to thermally connect home made heatsinks as well. Seems to work just fine. Can be removed with some effort unlike many of the 2 part thermal epoxies.
Cons:
Has slight odor to it until it cures. Nothing obnoxious but some people may be sensitive to it. If you choose to remove the LED from the heatsink, the clean up is not fun. It's possible with enough time and effort, but not fun... Just the fact that this stuff is not as permanent as the 2 part epoxies may be a pro or a con... depends on your use.
OtherThoughts:
I've had no problems using this stuff. Seems to work well enough for my purposes. It's a big tube, though. It'll be a long time before I need to buy any more of this stuff.
Bottomline:
Buy it if you're playing around with LEDs and/or heatsinks. I would get something higher quality for PC/CPU use...
