    Pros: works Cons: it's not very clear if external ports are usable at the same with internal ports.

    The two sata cables that came with it are long, and useful. The jumpers were set in the right position by default (to the two internal ports) It is bootable The box that it came in is nice, especially the anti-static plastic around the card itself.     I've bought this card in order to have more SATA connections, I've selected the PCI express in order to gain more speed and not be restricted to the bus of the regular PCI. WORKS!!!!!     It's cheap and offers two ports working at one time. Installation is very easy. Also drivers can be found from internet easily. You has to choose whether you use internal or external ports.     All the PCI-e cards around seem to be RAID versions with a minimum of 4 ports costing near $200AUD. Just needed more ports for expansion, not hardware or software RAID so this card was a great find. If you had enough PCI-e slots these cards are great way to expand on the cheap.
