Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month
- It's original. - Good quality build, just like other Kingston flash drives. - Comes with a software to use (some like the unattended software people use for carrying another software).
Slow speed. It's USB 2.0, but the actual read speed is about 10 MiB/s and the write speed's about 5 MiB/s, too slow for me.
It's 16 GiB of capacity, but the actual formatted capacity rounds between 15.8 or 15.9 GiB (less with the software included, which I never used so I reformatted it).
- It's expensive, but it's worth it. - For storage of files larger than 2 GiB, you should use NTFS (Windows XP or later, not good for Linux/Unix/Mac systems) or exFAT (Windows Vista or later, fully compatible with Linux/Mac).
