Attaches securely using Velcro straps. Works as intended.

The Velco strap on the screw thread side has to be twisted around the screw thread.
You need a straight section of handlebar to get the mount pointing straight ahead. If your handlebars are curved the mount will point in the direction of the curve.
I found it tricky to get the tapes secure enough to hold the mount in position -- it tends to flop forward.

I use this with my iPhone, for which I bought a seperate holder from DX. It works as promised with one major, actually fatal, drawback. The video you take will be almost unwatchable because of road and track vibrations -- every tiny jitter is picked up by the camera. I used it once then put it aside as essentially useless. Don't get me wrong: the product is good.

I've got Sony Vegas 10 which has image stabilisation. I'll see if that can fix the vibrating video problem.
