  • Cheap, but decent screen protector

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    It is cheap
    It works
nearly invisible once attached to phone
Works (with some minor trimming) on the Samsung captivate, AT&T's branded (crippled?) version of the galaxy-s.

No instructions to speak of. If I hadn't seen people installing these before, I would have been lost.
Trimming, even with a very sharp knife, caused a row of tiny cracks or creases (I cant be sure without a microscope) along the cut line.

It's made specifically for the i9000, not general galaxy-s class phones. It will require some trimming to get it to work on other galaxy-s phones.
If you get it for a galaxy-s phone that isn't the i9000, it may not seal right to the screen, as trimming will leave the edge rougher, or at least less-flat.

If you actually have an i9000, and don't need instructions, a sure buy.
If you have a different galaxy-s phone, and are just cheap as hell, still get it, but get a razor for trimming, and be patient.
