Plug into the machine and Linux detects it immediately. No need to load any drivers from the accompanying mini CD. I have not tested it with Windows as I have no access to such a machine for the moment. What to say, it just works! Buy it! Cons: Plastic and looks cheap

Plugged into RHEL7 and linuxcnc (debian7.9) and just worked right off, no effort needed, very pleased. Network signal seems to par for distance and I am getting good performance and stability so far. It is also 1/2 the cost of some other units, so worth serious consideration.

Works fine on both Raspberry pi 1 and 2, Raspbian Wheezy & Jessie, after installing an additional package, firmware-ralink. The firmware package is available from Raspbian repository but is not installed into the SD images by default. Raspberry pi 1 is somewhat picky with USB devices, so I think... Read more

Works well with Raspberry PI I have personally tested with Raspbian, and RaspBMC, worked well with both. Have used for streaming video, both on my network and over the internet. Blue network activity light is a little too bright. Very minor. Don't let this stop you buying. I dropped it on the and... Read more

Works great, I bought one, and within a month a bought another for my second computer. Windows XP was a little tricky to get up and running, but that is more of a widows issue. Windows 7 worked great, plug and play. I'm an MMO player, and the games run smooth, with no issues. none, does what it... Read more

Small. About 2 inches long. Fast. My NZ internet connection only goes up to 700kB/s but it handled it with ease. No need for installation disk, automatically installed itself on Windows 7 and Ubuntu. None. Works well. Good price. Good little adapter. Installs easily, picks up a good signal and 2... Read more
