    This Solar Power Panel is unbelievable small, but it's working fine ! With full light on it, I got 2.2 volt. In normal light I got more or less 1.7 V.     Cheap and fully conforms the specs. Good quality, easy to solder, small outline. Cons? Are there any cons? Don't expect it to give you the specified 20 mA indoors, in artificial lights (unless put close to a strong lamp). But if you already had solar panels, you know that. My panels have that "wiring"...     I bought this solar panel for a DIY project. It is a good quality product. It can produce 1.85~2v with a stong light. they are small.     I bought these for a solar powered cell phone i was intending to build. They are very good quality cells. i got 2 cells that were much bigger than the ones in the picture, they put out about 30mA which is pretty good for this size of cell not really any cons worthwhile buying if you have a definite use ...     It really generates power and delivers 25ma under very strong light. In fact I measured max of 37ma with extremely strong lamp which made it very hot. But in normal outdoor conditions it provides about 10-20mA, which is ok for this size. It seems to have weather resistant surface ( resin or epoxy?). ... Read more
