There is nothing bad that can be said about this, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. The build quality is very good, the bracket that goes onto the wall is metal, the rest is plastic. Screw the metal bracket onto the wall (anchors are cheap, don't buy sku 58622), then you slide the plastic piece over it. The piece that the sensor attaches to simply clips onto the bottom of the Kinect sensor, which then slides onto the wall mount's rails and clips into place. A small button releases the sensor/mounting piece so it can be slid off the rails. Simple.
None at all, well maybe the release button could be a bit easier to use, but it isn't exactly hard.
Do not waste your money on sku 58622, it appears to be the exact same item for $2 more with some drywall anchors added. Seriously, buy your own anchors, they don't cost $2.
If you have a Kinect, and you have no where to mount it, or you want it above your TV without purchasing the TV mount, this is the perfect mount for the job. Honestly, the same mount would cost you at least twice as much in stores. I know the speaker stand like mount costs upwards of $25 at other stores.
