    I have two of these chargers. I have a number of flashlights and both 18650 and 16340 batteries. This charger has two independent charging channels unlike oher li-ion chargers thst charge two batteries in parallel. it seems to stop charging once a battery is fully charged (4.17v) rather than continuing to trickle charge like cheaper chargers, this is ...     This unit does appear to actually terminate unlike many chargers available that float/trickle charge. The flip up tabs for RCR123 size cells are designed well, easy to flip up and load cells. Charge rate is below advertised 300mA. I measured 250mA per channel. Painfully slow charging rate for large cells. Charge voltage rises far above termination voltage.... Read more

    charges all type of 3.6 /3.7 volt li ion batts. easy to use. leds tell you when the batts are charging and finished charging. has a car charger option. can be made to take 12v in from any 12v sorce that puts out 1 amp. takes a while to fully charge the batts. probibly not the fastest charger. but not that bigger con. connectors can rust easy. one was ...
