    Have bought several of this type, some time ago. The translucent dye gives it a good efficiency, althougt the emitter is bigger than the R2 (Dye included).     BRIGHTER LIGHT THAN OEM IN SF(G2),MORE EFFICIENT BATTERY POWER USAGE,CHEAP UPGRADE FOR G2.LIGHT IS A BIT BLUISH AND VAGUE IN DISTANCES OF MORE THAN 30 YARDS,EXTENS BATTERY LIFE TO ALMOST 3 HRS.     Priced at $10 dollars compared to the $50 dollar Surefire brand. Seams to provide a little more light than the original 80 lumen incandescent bulb.     My son gave me a military issue Surefire. It's the plastic one that Cabellos carries with two cr123 batteries. I burnt the xenon bulb out when I replaced the original lithium batteries with rechargable Li-ion batteries. I relaced the reflector and bulb assembly with a Cree drop in module. You to... Read more

    Fits Surefire 6P nicely with the bezel fully screwed down but you will have to remove the outer spring. The tint of the light is alittle more to the bluish side. Excellent replacement for 6P but I would prefer to go for the SKU 6090 colour tint.
