Great magnetic base, cable can be ripped for other uses, as well as the base Bought three units, two broke after minor bumbs, connectors are made of plastic, dbi are higly over rated (looks to me the real values is about 4-5), detachable antenna is single use only, over sized, non ideal radiation pattern ... This antenna is pretty long! I am using this with a wifi IP camera. Seems to be working OK... after a quick mod which is mentioned below in CONs. This antenna is best mounted directly up or down. Mine is mounted directly on my wireless IP cam with it pointing down. Ok, a couple of issues. When pulled ... Read more

This antenna sku.9007 is reasonable, improved the signal of my net in 10 meters, however the expectation was bigger. works fine in mine Di 524 wireless router dlink, where I use 3 notebook, only removing the original antenna and placing this of dealextreme, it is the same hook. It has handle to place ... Read more

Good product, but not work with me. Easy to install, is bigger than I imagined. My router without antenna or with this antenna is the same. The 5 DBi antenna which I have is better than it. My router is a TP-LINK WR642G 108 Mbps. I think that the connector link is the problem. To me, isn't working. I ... Read more

Good antenna, could be better if the cable was shortened... but that's okay, works for me... By the way I use the entire cable lenght, it's good too, but you lose gain... Magnetic base is weak.. so I used a glue tape to stick it at the position!! Mine is outside, taking some sun, rain wind... Still working!... Read more

Strong build. Long cable run. Fits on most PCI wireless cards and Routers. Acceptable performance. I think is not that powerful (9dBi) After taking the plastic off I noticed the internal finishing could be better Tried "dn.Shana" sugestion (taking off the plastic) but did'nt saw any difference.... - Not so big. - Wire long enough to install it far from a device. - Well-built. - Very strong. - Magnet to fix in a metal. - Easy to install. - Cheap. This device is easy to use, but its not so good as I thought. Gain is not so good. I believe gain is about 10%. If you need more than this, you should ... Read more

Read more

Looks impressive, feels solid Reverse SMA Connector (I think?) fits my Netgear DG834G perfectly Arrived bent in the post. The previous suggestion of sending it in a box would be good Signal gain is not that noticeable, sometimes appears worse at times Not sure if the damage in the post has anything to ... Read more
