Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:

plug in hook up lan devices and rock and roll. That easy. Stupid wifi bridge to smooth 1080p hd streaming in less than 2 min.
Going from a network hub to a bed room xbox where lan cable was not an option these work great - the speed is only 80-90 mbit/s bu thats way better than g wifi, and its rock solid. Also no apparent interferance seen else where which is kinda good luck with hte house wiring being segmented.

    Cons:

Hot! these run hot on 230v/50 hz! battery charger hot. Otherwise I can't think of anything.

    OtherThoughts:

Had to try a couple of power points round the house to see how they worked across the segments and on multi boards. Went back to the first spot in the end. Even with pin changers ( from round to angled notches ) they work great. On a multi board in a different segment they still rocked out at 50-70 mbit/s so still ok which was a big suprise.

    Bottomline:

cheaper and more reliable than a wifi bridge. Just not 200 meg :)
