Scissor-like blades give a nice cut on small branches.
Lock will sometimes engage during cutting - annoying.
Unpolished cast iron doesn't give the best quality impression.
This scissor works as intended. Small branches are cut easily and nicely. It will not take bigger branches, as it is not intended to do either.
I have used this for pruning roses all season and like it a lot. The quality is good enough, the price suitable.
Only substantial con is that the lock ring will sometimes engage during cutting. That can be annoying.
