Cost is very good, build quality and mountings are reasonable.
The horizontal beam angle is good due to a curved PCB holding the LEDs; however the vertical beam angle is very narrow, so you have to point the beam exactly at driver's eye level.
As another poster mentioned, the wire should really come out of the middle (nothing a pair of snips and a screwdriver can't fix in under a minute).
I use this mounted on the back of my push bike as a cheap and bright alternative bike light.
It withstands the vibrations very well and the current consumption is low (~220mA).
