Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Cheaper and functional, is hard to belive that a so small piece can do infinite thigs.
    Cons:
Windows 7 did not recognized the arduino nano. The manufacturer has a solution for this (jumper pin 25 and 26 in FTDI chip)

Involvement:Novice  (still getting used to it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Lovely bit of hardware. It is tiny, well built and easy to use with arduino studio. Even when I killed FTDI with a short circuit, the AVR chip continued to function. Yet of course, it can no longer be connected to USB.
    Cons:
Not protected from short circuits. I burned FTDI chip on mine by accident, and needed to buy another one.
