Clearly readable.
Compatible with the Arduino LiquidCrystal Library.
Provides a reset button to replace the one it hides.
(The breakouts aren't solderless.)
I used the following:
LiquidCrystal lcd(8, 9, 4, 5, 6, 7);
When I received the device, I was worried that it was broken because it did not display anything even after mapping out the pins with an ohmmeter. It turned out that the contrast control trimpot was wound really far the wrong way. Twisting the trimpot clockwise for about 30 seconds fixed it up.
