Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week
- Reasonable length on power cord
- Does everything it needs to do
- Comes with two suction cups?
- Temperature dial is a little stiff
Draws an average of 0.27 amps, so based on the equation p = i x v it draws 64 watts, leaving me reasonably satisfied that it is a 50W heater.
I didn't and don't trust fully submerging it simply because IPX ratings are somewhat arbitrary.
Build quality is fine, and although I haven't tried submerging the unit myself, it seems to meet all expectations I had.
