Macro extension tubes for Canon – Macro Extension Tube/Ring for Canon SLR/DSLR Cameras Reviews

Turns any lens into a Macro lens. Easy to use and can be used in different configurations.
Can't beat this price :)
The cons aren't specific to the DX product but apply to all of these low-end tubes:
- With Canon you cannot set the aperture with the lens on these tubes (see other thoughts)
- No AF
- Small focus range with the long tubes
- How tight should you screw the rings together???
For this one specific:
- No red dot on the front Canon adapter
- Lens will fit on 2 ways
When using Canon EF lenses you can set the aperture by putting the lens on the camera, set the aperture manually, press the DOF button and while holding the button remove the lens. put the tubes in between and you're good to go!
Fun to experiment with and will be in my bag for "the ring" shots at weddings. A low, low, low budget solution but works fine.
