Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week
-Runs on AA cells with a voltage booster - no 3AAA nonsense
-Headband is decently wide
-Battery cap tight
-The switch in my light didn't click back up after pushing it due to the pressure of the batteries on its underside, so it was impossible to turn the light off without removing the cap
-The part of the light that sits on the forehead has minimal padding and is therefore quite hard; it's easy to put something soft on it so it's more comfortable, but it should come with more padding
I removed the oblong rubber cover on the switch to give it more space (it's very easy to do with a screwdriver), and now it clicks correctly.
Pretty good for indoor work when both hands are needed. Not bright enough for outdoors use, and do try not to drop it in water or it could well drown.
