Very simple to use.
Small and somehow well made.

the pins are alocated in a not well designed position.
due tue the fact that you propably going to use the buzzer with it's speaker up.
it's pins configuration, it's not possible or at least make it difficult
sometimes it's necessary to have one of these in your project, and as I said in my title it does what is it supposed to do and that's it.
you don't need any documentation to use it. If you are going to use with a PIC or Arduino, you have two options:
1) use a digital output pin and send HIGH or LOW comands. The problem is that you get a very high frequency sound
2) use the PWM and choose the frequency you want the sound to have.
you may try to find the best sound to your application by varying the frequency you can generate with your PWM, from 20Hz to 1000Hz (audible), for example.
as I said, this is a very cheap component that sometimes is necessary to a project. it's very simple to use and connect. so, buy it if you need it
