Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
It's very cheap (as is everything on dx) and you won't find cheaper anywhere else! It orange padded cushions are very soft and it is very stiff!
    Cons:
The orange cushions tend to slip off sometimes although they're very easy to put back on it can become annoying! The little met...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
The price is good and the product works. Im suprised with the deivery agility. The quality is good, considering the price.
    Cons:
Something in the product could be made better. A piece that hold the spring must have a better fixing. The sponge could be bett...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It works pretty well, the effort to squeeze it starts to build after 40+ reps. You'll notice after some time that there are some positions you can work different muscles as well.
    Cons:
The foam is really cheap and it is not attached to the grip. I haven't removed it yet, but it doesn't seem to be a problem if y...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
    - Inexpensive. Could be even cheaper though (compared to other items on DX of similar complexity). - Reliable. I don't see any places where it can break. - Grips are covered with a soft material, reduces damage to your skin, prevents callosities.
    Cons:
    - Noisy, makes loud clanks when you exercise. It is a serious issue if you want to exercise at work. I had to use electrical ...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Nice easy resistance to start with, Gym junkies might be disappointed if they need something firmer. Spongy grips provide some cushioning. Small finger groves under foam
    Cons:
Grips slide a bit. But can be affixed with a carefully placed cable tie. Metal limiter makes a clink noise if you let the arms...
