Pros:
Good price.
Goodness build. Solid milled aluminum, real aluminum OP reflector and thick mineral glass. Springs on plus and minus contacts. Stainless steel crown.
5 modes with real memory. Narrow hotspot.
Clip. Military style (as Centurion C2). P60.
Universal power supply (1 or 2 lithium cells). Discharge protection single lithium cell 3.2 V.
Cons:
Second “assault crown” is cheap plastic ring with unreliable thread. Wasteful use 16340 cells (0,9A*8V=7,2W, 3W is light, 4,2W is emits heat). Flashing is not strobe. SOS cycle is 20 second (very low speed). Stabilized overvoltage only.
Other:
For removing the heat from P60 I used copper sheet 0.3 mm and heat-conducting paste. Assault crown keen – I am has processed sharp edges by needle point file. Necessary to swab silicone lubricant all o-rings. Spring on the tail scratch soft PCB plate on protected lithium cells. Freak but reliable as AK-47. Triangle light. Visible PDM medium bright (low bright also use PDM, but more high frequency).
Bottomline:
Durable, good heavy, bright flashlight.
