Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

Pros:
Has a wide range of temperatures
Long metal probe.
Adjusts for C and F
Cons:
Doesn't acquire temperature straight away - seems to probe at 2 second intervals, and takes about 15-20 seconds to get the final temperature. This might be because the temperature probe is inside a metal sheath which takes time to heat up and/or cool down to the correct temperature.
Other:
Bottomline:
Overall, for the money, this is not a bad temperature probe. I will be using it for food - just got to keep in mind that it is a bit slow.
