Very inexpensive, small and compact, and will handle a wide variety of battery sizes, from 16340 to 18650 without using adapters or mods. Uses a low enough charging current to charge 10440 cells. Cuts off before 4.20 volts for li-ion cells. Does NiMH batteries too (charging to 1.4 volts; my Maha C-9000 charger only added another 50 mAh). Works on 110V or 220V. No buttons or switches. It just works.
No instructions. Packaging and device are all in Chinese.
Still need to keep an eye on it and remove cells when light turns green. Make sure the cell is oriented in the correct direction. Because metal parts are exposed, it is best to unplug it, then put the battery in, then plug it back in.
I have no problems with this thing. If you are just getting started with li-ion batteries, this is a great charger to get while keeping your investment low.
