    Pros:
Versatile device with many useful functions. Perfect for trips and to give your arduino a cheap wireless interface. Even more powerful with openwrt. Very well built and packed. It can work as a little repeater. Can be greatly modded.
    Cons:
Chinese user interface. You have to be very careful when searching for another firmware. Very likely to brick your device if yo...

    Incredible small!

posted by franzbischoff on 05/02/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Incredible small, I could not stop laughing when I opened the box! Works well with any micro USB (nevertheless it is labeled 5V - 1A). It was easy to install DD-WRT (build 21061) and worked like a charm. Way faster than La Fonera+, and have B/G/N wifi.
    Cons:
Could not find any con yet, but original firmware could came in english by default.

After getting an English language OS on it, its really handy. I installed OpenWRT, if you look around on google you will find some good tutorials on installing OpenWRT and configuring it Lots of configuration options for it - bridge, wireless AP, wired AP
    Cons:
It comes with only Chinese installed - so if you speak English then you need to get something like OpenWRT on there It takes so...

    Pros:
This is very capable mini router. Its user interface is Chinese. Therefore if you don't know Chinese, you have to change the firmware. There are different options to update its firmware. I have updated by using OpenWRT and it is working very well. There are...
    Cons:
User interface is Chinese and there is no option to chose English user interface. It could better if it had also English user i...
