Output voltage is 12.5-13V, not enough to charge laptop batteries.
The connection between the power cord and the power socket is unreliable. You have to hold it with Your hand, because the slightest movement can cause the cord to electrically disconnect although the mechanical movement is less than 1mm.
I tried to use it on my laptop, but it did not charge the batteries and it was tedious to hold the cord because of disconnection problems.
Actually I bought this unit, because I wanted a cheap power supply for my home electronics (3-4 A). As such it works great:
- no batteries to charge
- movement problems nonexistent because of stationary installation
- voltage very close to 12V, which is suitable for my 12V electronics
