I would have loved to continue drinking more wine (for testing purposes only of course), but unfortunately there was no more left ;)
So I stopped drinking and waited another 10 minutes, and it showed 0,04%. I had some water and 40 later it showed 0,00% and 10 minutes after that 0,00% again.
So this seems kind of "reliable". Of course I can't check if those values shown are correct (I'm guessing they are absolutely not), but it seems to know whether the amount of alcohol in your blood has gone up or down.
