Given an Apple Lightning to 30-pin adapter costs $39USD and this costs about $1.80 you can't really go wrong.
Lightning connector and 30-pin connector is pretty decently built, length is useful too.
I bought this to use just as a charging cable, but it transfers data fine too.
The quality of the cable is a little lower than you'd expect to see on a genuine adapter. It's thin and quite rigid, so you wouldn't want to bend it more than you have to.
The cable quality could be improved, to be more flexible.
A much more affordable option if you need a 30/lightning adapter, works fine for data and power, incredibly useful to keep on hand if you're travelling.
