Pros:
Unexpensive. Works well with Linux. Reads SDHC cards just fine. Real high speed USB 2.0 device.
Cons:
One thing one could count as a con is that the reader is been detected as one device only. That means you can only insert one card at a time. It is not much of a problem, but could have been useful to be able to read multiple cards at the same time, especially as this particular reader has two SD slots.
Another thing one could count as a con is the build quality. The whole device is made of plastic. No big deal, but other card readers have a metal case.
Other:
Bottomline:
If you need an internal SD/SDHC/MMC or MS/M2 reader, this is the right device for you.
Beware that it does not support Compact Flash.
