Price is perfect, here these batteries cost between 5.40 to 9.30 USD/piece in the shops, DX sells them for 2.10 USD/piece! More than excellent price.
Better relative price per 100 mAh compared to GP Recyko AAA ( sku.8980 ). GSYuasa cost 1.13 USD per 100 mAh, GP cost 1.20-1.26 USD per 100 mAh (resp. before and after the price drop).
All came precharged between 1.311-1.315 V (higher than GP sku.8980 which arrived charged at 1.203-1.248)
After I performed a 39 hour break-in test with Maha Powerex MH-C9000 charger, the results were disappointing - 728, 763, 727, 757 mAh. The test included 16 hour slow charge at 80 mA per battery, 1 hour rest, 5 hour discharge at 160 mA, 1 hour rest, 16 hours slow charge at 80 mA again. Average capacity of this set of batteries seems to be 744 mAh, but for this price of 8.39 USD they yield the lowest price per 100 mAh (see the Pros above).
Funny name - GSYuasa = jeez-usa :)))
Will buy another set first because they are good price and second because I want to test another set (maybe this one happened to be a bad one?)
