They seem solid and strong. Much harder metal than I expected. They don't look made to pretend to be tools. They look to be made to certain needs each one. Scraping, levering, reaming, holding...
The description will give you very little idea of what these are. The packaging won't help too much either, but there's an icon's worth of description of each. For example, one can be used to hold down SMD components. Flat ones with the other end and round ones with the other.
The handles are an odd sort of plastic. Solid nylon comes to mind. "Stainless" is usually something I stay away from unless it's something meant to stay wet. These might technically be stainless but aren't the kind of junk you usually see advertised with that.
