In my previous review, I thought it measured votlage at various pins...
No! It measures individual voltage of each cell, and the total voltage eventually under ALL.
Actual measurement against Fluke89-IV:
No1. 3.47 Actual 3.4775V

No3. 3.54 Actual 3.5489V
No4. 3.57 Actual 3.5629V
N05. 3.76 Actual 3.7548V
ALL. 17.8 Actual 17.806V.
It appears that the maximum error is 0.03/3.50 gives 0.5%. For all intent and purpose, it's amateur grade and fit for use.
So when charging, should not go for 4.22V full charge, but 4.10V for safety.
Well, I would pay more if they provide and under voltage, over charge alarm pin out, to be connected to warning alarm use.
For $1 to $2 more, it could be built into a professional grade product.
