Pros:
This driver will power either a single or 2 serial wired Cree XM-L at 2.5 amps. This is the maximum safe level in my opinion, read the Cree data sheet re "Thermal Characteristics"
2 serial wired XM-L T6 will output 1600 lumens at 2.5 amps, and this baby will do it.
Soldering and build quality extremely good.
Cons:
Size matters as they say, and considering the electonics it could be a lot smaller. Its dimensions could present problems, and considering a lot of it is doing nothing, that is a real pain.
Other:
All of these components can vary in spec, check that the loop back resistors are 0.1 ohm and 0.4 ohms, working inward from the outside
Bottomline:
A very good and extremely useful driver.
