Very good, just dont stretch the rubber too much.

    Pros:
Cheap, reasonably strong rubber. Very useful for mounting a light on your forks as you can adjust the angle. Will also work fine on probably any handle bar. Ive used one mounted on the flat section off wing bars.
    Cons:
Use it correctly and there is none.
