Great tips for home-engineering. Temperature regulation is very convenient. No need additional power adjustment.
A simple adjustment allows you to melt the thermal glue, floating rose and high temperature solder. The LED inside the handle indicates the inclusion of heating, when the tip reaches the set temperature, LED goes off. In addition to the power cord is the grounding wire. Since the soldering iron to solder electronics at 220V, it is recommended to ground the unit. It is possible to easily change the sting, is enough to unscrew the screw that secures the sting.
Plastic handle, perhaps can crack if dropped.
No PID controller. Easy ON OFF thyristor with an income of temperature
Recommend to the poor electronics. A good alternative to soldering stations.
