Not bad at all – Heat Adjustable 60W Electronics DIY Soldering Iron (100~400'C/220~240V AC) Reviews

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

Pros:
Nice soldering iron for jobs where your low-power soldering station cannot deliver enough heat (power connectors, etc.).
Temperature regulated (however it's hard to believe the scale values).
Cons:
Not a regular ground terminal - you have to connect the crocodile style terminal to the ground port. Why the manufacturer not using a standard 3-wire cable? Probably the price considerations...
The tip is mounted using side screw - I would prefer the cup-nut type locking (this tip mount type on exactly the same soldering iron sold in some eBay shops)
It can also be $2-$3 cheaper.
Other:
Would be nice to have spare tips for sale on DX. I know where to buy them (another HK shop), but think DX has to take care of the spare parts as well.
Bottomline:
Not bad and probably the only 60W type sold by DX.
