Simple to use simply lay down an the gyoza paper and place the desired filling in it. then press closed. Use water or beaten egg yolks on the rim of the gyoza to ensure it closes properly.

I imagine it will break after quite a few uses. Good thing I bought 3 of them.
I think this is worth it for the price but I'd be willing to pay more if the material was a bit more sturdy.
Good for the price and it makes things a lot faster if you want to get dinner done faster!
