Cheap, works quite well on Canon EF or EF-S mounts.
Build quality was surprisingly decent, no rough edges, etc.
"manual" (single page on rice paper) is in Chinese.
There is a screw in the ring closest to the camera body. Mine fell out. I think it prevents you from mounting the rings incorrectly (touches a metal tongue inside the mount).
I'd probably recommend removing it.
My L lens (yea yea) doesn't seem to want to lock all the time. I think it's the weight of the lens rather than anything mechanical
Buy it with a tripod because DOF almost nothing and the magnification will
A cable release / IR release is also probably a good idea / completely necessary.
For the price, just buy it.
Even though the "manual" is in Chinese, it doesn't matter.
My Simple Manual -
1. Stick it on, use the red dots for proper alignment.
2. Set your lens to max zoom
3. Set focus on "closest" and move in / out to get a rough distance
4. Tweak focus by moving closer/further or using the MF dial.
5. Snappy snappy.
