Small and compact, O.K. for everyday use (pocket size). Cheap. Accurate. I have two multimeters: this one and large and heavy PRO. But I use this unit more often, because of its compact size. It works fine for me more than one year just now.
Build quality is weak (inside the unit, plastic case is good enough for me). At the very first time it don't measure current (mAmps), and when I disassemble it — there are a discontinuity at PC board. It seams that QC don't test this for current. After 10 seconds with soldering iron — everything is O.K.
In whole it's fine, but QC may be better. The current measures have small amount (max 200mA) — short circuit current of one good Ni-Mh AA battery is up to 8A (so, You'll be unable to measure it).
I'm quite satisfied with it. If You have some soldering skills for possible repairs — this is Yours choice! :)
