At first, my feet do feel a bit warmer, but then they get cold again (but that might be because I just sweat).
Cheap so might as well try!
Remember: Do no expect significant weight loss from these silly things. Only regular exercise (30 min/day, twice/week at least) and a healthy diet (not saying you should munch on carrots and drink tomato juice) will yield real and lasting results.
