As a student Electrical Engineering I need to strip a lot of cables. This tool seems to be great for that.
The tool itself feels solid. I don't think you'll be able to destroy this one when you use it what it was intended for.
It's not really heavy and fits in my hand palm pretty well.
It has the most commonly used diameters and easily cuts thought the coatings.
The spring and the locking mechanism are very useful.
Although it has some diameters which you can use, it doesn't have as many as some other cable strippers have. This wasn't really a disadvantage for me, but it might be for someone else.
Besides that, I really can't think of any at this moment..
The plastic used for the grip is cheap (and smells a little), but it holds. So that shouldn't be a problem.
It's solid, has the most commonly used diameters and is cheap. The spring is a big plus.
If you're looking for a new cable stripper, you should definitely consider this one.
