Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month
Works driver-free on both Win (2000 tested) and Linux (Ubuntu 10.04 and 12.04 tested).
Keys are sensitive and give nice feedback.
You can even type texts with this one (do not attempt to write a letter, tho!).
Multimedia keys (volume Up/Dn, etc) work as expected.
Colored keys are useless -and even surprisingly confusing- under Linux, as they switch consoles (they work as Ctrl-Alt F1 thru F4). And they don't seem to be reprogrammable.
Receiver is too directional, you must aim the receiver, otherwise the computer will seem to ignore you.
Once used to the "aim", it's pretty good. All keys work (except colored ones), even under Linux. It works pretty nice.
Specialized keys (Play/Pause, Stop, FFwd, etc) work OK.
