You pinch the little hole on the back with an 'a' until you see a big 2 and under the 2 the letter A. You should now pinch the 'm' until it says 10 with the letter P under. Than you pinch the 'a' one more time and adjust the minutes with the 'm'. Than you pinch the 'a' again and you should be ready to go IF the hello is blinking. If it isn't cycle through everything pinching the 'a' until it does. I guess the blinking hello means it's running. Figured it out in a minute hence the 5 stars of Ease of use rating :P
