    Pros:
    The blade is very sharp and does not require maintenance, after use simply rinse it with water only. Easy to handle and very beautiful to see.
    Cons:
    The blade is fixed to the handle, but it moves slightly. I hope that in the long run does not come off.

    Pros:
    These knives can be quite expensive! The build quality and comfort of the grip surpassed my expectations. great for pearing small fruit chopping olives etc. easy to care for, as it washes clean with water.

    This knife has no guard and ricasso, but it is not a problem for kitchen knives.
