This is a click & point IR pyrometer which is extremely easy to use - just press the button and point it where you want. The laser can be switched off, units can be Celsius or Fahrenheit. It also displays 2 temperatures - current and maximum.
This unit can't store the minimum temperature - only maximum. Optical resolution is 12:1 - not very good for fine measurements.
You can't switch off the backlight and another "user-friendly" feature - auto shut-off.
Overall this unit distinguishes from others by a large measurement range which goes down to -32C (only -18C in my freezer).
